  • The Guinean system contains a large number of taxes, deductions, special taxes…The most common ones are:
  • Employee social security = 5%
  • Employer social security = 18%
  • Income tax rate = up to 35%
  • VAT = 18% and is namely levied on the “service” fees
  • The Contractor wanting to work in Guinea Conakry will be employed by the local partner of Expat Africa Payroll and then will be seconded to the end client.
